Zara

A storefront that hides its own controls until you ask for them.

Zara runs a fast-fashion catalog through an interface borrowed from print. The public browse pages spend their surface on photography and set everything a shopper normally navigates by — filters, view density, section switches — in small grey type at the edges. Below: how the same three pages handle an editorial gateway, a product grid, and a search result.
