Content & Rights Policy

This policy explains what TYPENORM publishes, how we make screenshots of other companies' products, and how to reach us if you have a concern about something on the site. It is part of our Terms of Use.
1. What we publish
- The Apps and Landings catalogs: screenshots of third-party web and mobile product interfaces, organised by app, flow and screen, each with our own annotation.
- Articles, frameworks and learning material that embed screens from the catalogs with commentary.
- Reports that Pulse users choose to make public or unlisted, showing a capture of the URL the user submitted with automated findings.
2. How we capture
We capture screenshots with our own tooling from publicly reachable pages, without signing in, at a standard screen size, or from public app-store listings. We do not harvest data from behind a login, and we do not collect users' personal data from the products we study. If a screen shown on the site was captured in any other way, the page says so.
3. Rights in what we show
TYPENORM claims no ownership of any third-party interface, name, logo or trademark shown on the site. They remain the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any company whose product appears here unless the page says otherwise. Screenshots are shown for research, study, criticism, commentary and education about interface design, to the extent needed for that purpose and with the product identified. We rely on the quotation and commentary provisions of the copyright law that applies to us (including article 46, III of Brazilian Law 9.610/98) and on fair use where recognised. Screenshots may not reflect the current version of a product.
4. People who appear in screenshots
We try to avoid capturing anyone's personal data. A public page may still show a name, photo or comment. Reports published by Pulse users show a capture of a page the user chose to submit; the capture is made from the public page without signing in and shows only what that page shows to any visitor. Requests about your own personal data in any capture are handled as described in section 9 of our Privacy Policy. If you appear in a screenshot on the site and want it edited or removed, write to us as described below.
5. Rights holders
If you believe that content on the site infringes your copyright, trademark or other right, email hello@typenorm.com with the address of the page, the item you mean, the right you hold, and your name and contact details.
6. Concerns about a user-published report
If a report published by a Pulse user shows your site or your personal data and you object, email hello@typenorm.com with the report address. We may contact the report owner and may change the report's visibility while we review.
7. Using our content
You may quote short passages from our articles and annotations with attribution and a link. You may not copy the catalogs or reports in bulk, redistribute them, or use them to train or evaluate machine-learning models. See the Terms of Use, sections 5 and 9.
