Design Flow

How Whimsical walks a visitor from an infinite-canvas promise to a constrained wireframing tool to a three-tier price list where the free plan is generous on people and stingy on boards.

Wireframes

The promise is negative space, not features: "Fast, focused wireframing in Whimsical," and under it a claim about outcomes rather than tools — "iterate quickly to ship the right solution on your first release, not the third." The section head names the real product: "a clutter-free experience your team will love." The board in the hero backs that up more honestly than the copy does. It's called "Onboarding wireframes 2.0," and it is four phone frames — Landing Page, Create Account, Onboarding: Intro, Onboarding: Profile Questions — wired together with decision diamonds and yes/no labels. The screens themselves are grey boxes and placeholder image icons. That is the actual argument: the wireframe is not the deliverable, the connections between wireframes are. The three capability blocks below (drag-and-drop components with adjustable states, an icon library, device frames for browsers, phones and tablets) are all in service of getting to that flow faster. Nothing about pixel control. Nothing about handoff.
