Sprig
A survey platform that renamed its features after job titles — Design, Field, Synthesize — and sells the operational half of research to enterprises that still want to own the interpretation.
Sprig used to be pitched at product managers who wanted a microsurvey inside their app. The current site is aimed several floors up: 'Enterprise surveys. Powered by agents.' The organizing idea is that a research study has four stages — design, deploy, field, synthesize — and three of them can be handed to an agent while a human keeps the fourth. That framing does specific work. It concedes the part practitioners defend hardest (rigor, interpretation, the defensibility of a finding) and automates the part they complain about (programming skip logic, chasing distribution, writing up the deck). Below: the pitch page by page — a homepage that names each agent after the stage it replaces, a deployment page where the old session-replay product now lives as supporting evidence, and a pricing page that quotes no prices at all.
