Dovetail
A research repository that has stopped selling itself as one — and a pricing page with a single number on it.
Dovetail spent years being the place UX teams put their interview transcripts. It now sells itself as a Customer Intelligence Platform, and the research repository has been demoted to one page inside a /solutions/ folder. The three surfaces below are what is left of the research buyer's path — a solution page that opens by accusing you of wasting your own team's work, a customer page that leads with four statistics, and a pricing page offering a free tier and a phone call. Read in order, they show a product mid-repositioning: the pitch has moved from a research tool to an intelligence layer, but the objection it answers is still the one researchers actually have.
