Frequently asked questions
What is a UX workshop?
A facilitated working session where your team and a senior TYPENORM designer tackle one specific UX problem together. You leave with shared understanding and a prioritized list of what to change — not a slide deck of generic best practices.
What is the difference between a design sprint and a workshop?
A workshop solves one problem in a few hours. A design sprint runs four to five days and ends with a prototype tested by real users, so you validate a direction before committing engineering time to it.
What is a service blueprint?
A service blueprint is a diagram of the whole service experience: what the customer does, what staff do in front of and behind the scenes, and the systems that support them. It shows where handoffs break and where the experience fails outside the interface.
Do you run UX training for teams?
Yes. Any workshop package can be run as UX training for your team, using your own product as the case study rather than generic exercises.
