Validate your IA — give the panel tasks against your category tree and see where they navigate.
Build the category tree you’re considering — or the one that’s already live — and give designers and PMs from the TYPENORM community a task like “Where would you go to update your billing address?” They click down through your menu the way a real user would. You’ll see whether they land on the right destination (success rate), whether they get there without doubling back (directness), where they click first, and the most common paths people take.
Each requested response costs 8 credits (the ~3-minute “medium” tier), funded from your credit wallet. Responses are collected through the community panel and you only pay for ones that clear the quality checks.
