Card Sort
Post a set of cards, collect sorts from the panel, and see which items people group together.
Write the items you want to test — nav labels, feature names, content topics — one per line, and let designers and PMs from the TYPENORM community sort them. In a closed sort they place your cards into categories you define; in an open sort they create and name their own groups, which is the better read on how people would naturally organize the content. You’ll see a card×card similarity matrix (how often two cards get grouped together) and a placement tally.
Each requested response costs 15 credits (the ~5-minute “long” tier), funded from your credit wallet. Sorts are collected through the community panel and you only pay for responses that clear the quality checks.
