Garmin Connect

Dense dashboards surfacing dozens of metrics the watch already captured.

Garmin Connect is the companion to data-hungry hardware, and the interface shows it. The home dashboard is a deep stack of reorderable cards. Steps, sleep stages, body battery, heart-rate variability, training readiness. Each drills into its own chart-heavy detail screen. This is a tool for people who genuinely want the numbers, and it rewards them with granularity few rivals match. The cost is legibility: the app sprawls across nested menus, settings live in inconsistent places, and the sync relationship between watch, phone, and web can feel opaque when something goes missing. Charts are functional rather than beautiful, but they are honest. You navigate it the way you'd navigate a well-stocked but poorly-signed warehouse.
